Motorized Hand Held Portable Pipe and Tubing CutterDeeNick Enterprises, LLC (the Company); a Delaware limited liability company, qualified to transact business in the state of Maryland, plans to arrange the acquisition and/or manufacture of its Motorized Hand Held Portable Pipe and Tubing Cutter. The Pipe Cutter is currently under a provisional patent in addition to a PCT application which has been filed. Several major tool manufacturers have expressed interest in acquiring and/or manufacturing the Pipe Cutter and have requested that a prototype be made so that discussions may ensue regarding a possible acquisition and/or manufacture of the Pipe Cutter. DeeNick Enterprises, LLC is also considering manufacturing this pipe and tubing cutter. |
